These cookies are supper dupper yummy.
My friend Jessie was the one that got me hooked on these cookies.
She makes a pretty mean cookie.
After tasting her cookies, I went on a search for a recipe, and
I think I came up with a really good one, even the kids and hubby
LOVED them.
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
15 oz ricotta cheese
2 tsp vanilla
4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
Heat oven to 350
In a large bowl cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Next, stir in the ricotta cheese and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir the ricotta mixture into the dry ingredients.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
1 stick of butter
1 8oz block of cream cheese
3 c. powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla.
Then slowly add the powder sugar.
